Do we require to attach DIR 2 form along with SPICe form , where no promoter is having DIN???

Yes, it is mandatory to attach DIR 2 Form in such cases.

Being a consent to act as director, DIR-2 is a mandatory attachment to Spice form
wherein the first clause may be filled as 'Applying for'.
