My clint wrongly mantioned AY 2012-13 while correct Ay is 2013-14, what can we do now to credit the Txa

You have to write a rectification letter to the AO for the making of correction of mistake only AO has to power to rectify that.
As well as in case such tax payment is made with in last 15 days then please be contact bank where you paid tax, because of they also have a chance to rectify if it is noticed with in 10-15 days from the date of mistake.
So in word AO shall help in your case.
