01 May 2011 can any budy tell me whether, can i avail the credit of leaves against "period actually served" under my ex-principal for compensating my leaves under current principal? I've taken very few leaves under my first principal as comparing to actual leaves granted by Institute.

03 May 2011 Yes. You can definitely. Because, the leaves allowed are not to the principal, but to you. So, if you have earned leaves on the basis of period served under previous principal, you can very well avail leave under your current principal.
