In our Private Limited Company (Incorporated last month) their are 2 Directors. We have to appoint one of them as CEO. What is procedure. In form DIR.12 their no option of CEO. What form should I upload ?

Change his designation from ordinary director to whole time director. Nd give him/her designation as CEO because kmp is not allowed in pvt ltd company refer section 203 of companies act 2013
