Is it require to collect cheque of Rs. 100,000/- from the person to be appointed as an additional director at the Board Meeting or at the time of AGM at which he will be appointed as a regular director.

18 March 2015 Before the date of the Board meeting when draft of notice of general meeting is approved. Because the notice of general meeting state the fact that the company has received notice under Section 160 of the Act or candidature of someone as a director
