kindly answer whether a Managing director of a private co. be appointed as a managing director of another private company?

Provisions of section 316 of Companies Act, 1956 does not apply on private company. Hence a person can be appointed as MD in more than one private companies which are not subsidiary of any public company.

He may be appointed as MD in two and only two public companies by way of passing board resolution only.
