i am need of help,

kindly answer whether a Managing director of a private co. be appointed as a managing director of another private company?

20 November 2012 Provisions of section 316 of Companies Act, 1956 does not apply on private company. Hence a person can be appointed as MD in more than one private companies which are not subsidiary of any public company.
