At What Rate TDS Should be deducted for Providng Pick up and drop facility.

Issue is whether comes under contract or rent. Depends on the writen contract executed between the parties. If the principal terms are narrated here I will try to answer.

The employer may take Pick up and Drp facility for its employees under a service contract which will be subjected to TDS u/s 194C.

Dear,If its a simple contract without any liability & on a contract amount per month.Treat it U/S 194C & TDS to be deducted acordingly
