Hello Sir,
I want to make application for incorporation of a Private Limited Company and iI want similar name which I was direcot in that Co. and I have just made application for FTE i.e closure of such Co. before 1 month. Can I made application for similar name whcih is in process of strike off ?

NO, Such name is valid for a period of 20 Years because in this time period, if any creditors or a person having interest in the company raises any claim, the status of the company be converted to "Active". You cannot take that Name
