KARNATAKA ESCOMS (KPTCL) WILL GET ELECTRICAL WORKS DONE FROM PRIVATE CONTRACTORS WHETHER IT WILL COME PURVIEW OF SERVICE TAX -IN VEIW OF THE NOTIFICATION NO.25/2012 PARA NO.12
