Dear sir,
I have an company authorised service station of bajaj auto ltd. 2wheeler, and earn below 4 lacs per annum, will I have to pay service tax.
Is there is any relaxation for those who work for a brand name company.

No It need not to pay service tax as it is below threshhold.

Well, your earning is irrelevant for the purposes of service tax.
If your gross receipt of service is less than 10 lakhs, you are exempted from payment of service tax- does not appear to be that case.
If your gross receipt of service is less than 10 lakhs, you are exempted from payment of service tax- does not appear to be that case.
