Applicability of tds u/s 194ia

Please suggest whether TDS is applicable u/s 194IA when there is sale of property (building) by 3 different persons to a single person.

If there is a sale of building worth Rs. 30 lacs each by 3 different people (total Rs. 90 lacs =30*3) to a single buyer will TDS u/s 194IA is applicable.
