Applicability of tds on freight charges for import/export

Hi All,
I am working as ann accountant in a pvt. Ltd Co which is having import & export activities.
I have a query regarding the applicability of TDS ON FREIGHT CHARGES charged by our the logistics company (pvt Ltd Co).
Can any one tell me which amount shall I considered for the TDS, the full amount of freight charges or only Custom Clearance charges or agency charges. Also tell me if there is custom duty charges included in the bill what will be status for the applicability of TDS.

if there is a consolidated bill of agency charges and custom duty then you will deduct TDS on full amount in 194C
if there is separate bill of custom duty charges then no tds is required on this only.
