expenses incured on account of organising seminar & conference by a pvt. ltd co. wether TDS applicable on such expenses. Expenses Includes employesss accommodation, meals.travelling etc

If you ask generally, the answer is yes if the expenditure is covered under any of the section under chapter XVII of IT Act.

Not covered under any section. TDS u/s 194C is not required to be deducted on accommodation, traveling or meals.
