Applicability of service tax on advocate service.

I would like to share the query as under;
An Individual has availed service of Advocate for the purpose of preparations of sales documents of Land and replying notice of Municipal Corporation in relation to land.
Individual is having his own business. The service of Advocate is not for that business purpose, it’s for personal transaction of Land.
Whether the Service Tax will be applicable on service of Advocate in the hands of Individual? And if yes, whether it will fall under Reverse Charge?
