Applicability of Revised Schedule VI

Is the revised Schedule VI issued recently applicable for FY 2010-11. If yes then please let me the notification which states about its applicability. If no, the how can one understand from when is it applicable

It has been confirmed that Ministry of Corporate Affairs while addressing the Council of ICAI on 24/03/2011 has agreed to postpone the applicability of the new Schedule VI to 2011-12. Details will be uploaded to MCA site soon.
