Dear sir
plz tell me wether companies act 2013 is going to be applicable for Nov 2014 exam. It has been cleared of non applicable for May 2014 but what for Nov 2014.

wait for official notification by ICAI/ICSI.But prepare both acts.It would rather be better to make a comparitive study of both acts
