is service tax is applicable to the mobile recharging agents whose gross receipts(commission) are above 10 lakhs ?
if so is it applicable after crossing 10lakhs?
whether service tax is applicable if gross receipts are more than 10 lakhs and incurs loss

Service tax registration has to be applied when your commission crosses 9 lacs. when you incur loss and commission is not reaching 10 lacs, there is no need for RC.
