if i am said to appear in the vat office and after all the papers procedure if there is no problems with the physical stock and stock on paper what documents i need to sign to avail that i had appeared to the officer

If you have appeared then you can request to acknowledged the documents which you submitted.
In some VAT office ,A assessment file is prepared and assessing authority ask to sign when you appear.

thank u sir i appeared before the officer but there i was not told to sign any paper, neither any file was assessed, verbally i was told to appear after 10 days, the officer had visited my premises on 30th October, i appeared on 31st October, the stock in physical was in accordance with the papers stock, again he called me on 11th November and i went now and was said to appear on 12th all by verbal means, the officer threats me that he will cease the stock or else you pay penalty,

no sir no such formalities were done, he just entered my premises he was from the range office of commercial taxes, asked me a blank paper took the stock and made me sign it, no requisition was given and no acknowledgement

he is harassing me by again again and calling to his office, and threats me that he will cease the stock and put it for review, this particular range office has been harassing my co business men with the same type of procedure, we have local purchase particularly from farmers and the farmers don't give any type of papers against the sale, we by self make purchase vouchers and road Callahan to transfer the goods to own go-down, during this process they seize the vehicle and collect penalty, unknown to the laws most of us pay the penalty,
