05 February 2015 A pvt ltd company regd on 30-12-2011 & not filed any return to ROC tilldate.

What are the formalities & requirements in this case pls advise.

06 February 2015 you have to file annual returns of the company 12-13 and 13-14 otherwise in the next year the company come under the ambit "defaulted company"
