30 June 2010 "Payments of Rs.1 lakh or more for acquiring shares of a company" I have purchased Shares of different companies aggregating more than Rs.1 lakh. However each company wise it is less than Rs.1 lakh. Whether I have to disclose as per AIR requirements?

So the word here is a company.
