"Payments of Rs.1 lakh or more for acquiring shares of a company" I have purchased Shares of different companies aggregating more than Rs.1 lakh. However each company wise it is less than Rs.1 lakh. Whether I have to disclose as per AIR requirements?

The AIR information states Payment made by you of an amount of one lakh rupees or more for acquiring shares issued by a company.
