after amendment can sec 44 AD cover all tpye of Business/sagment or cover only some specified business.

Dear Narayan,
Section 44AD shall be substituted for the existing section 44AD by the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2009, w.e.f. 1-4-2011 which covers any business except the business of plying, hiring or leasing goods carriages covered by section 44AE.
