09 January 2015 Hi Can any one please suggest me the procedure for change in name of company and alteration of object clause of a private limited company.

10 January 2015 Special Resolution is required to be filed to ROC within 30 days from the date of egm and INC-1, MGT 14 forms are being filed if the company voluntarily changes its name and if it is done with CG orders then copy of the orders also annexed with the form
