What is the meaning of Hard furnishing allowance & flexi Allowance?

The above said allowances are fully taxable under act.
Under Flexi plan, the offer is given to the employee to opt best suited options for him/her. Hence the components came as HRA, Food Coupons, Medical reimbursement and Special Pay etc.
Hard Furnishing as well as Soft Furnishing allowance are used in relation for Furniture & Appliances.
