allowability of expenses

25 June 2010 our pvt ltd comapny decided to give sales incentive to MD in the month of June.Rs.50 lakh for the financial year 2009-10.

My doubt is that can this expenditure is allowable since TDS is not pid as on 31-May-2010

25 June 2010 TDS can be deposited on or before 30.09.2010(ie due date of filing of return), and if so deposited the expense can not be disallowed for non deduction of TDS.
