19 June 2017 Can a company pay stamp duty on allotment of shares before actual date of allotment.
E.g. : company will allot shares on 21/05 and has paid stamp duty to govt of haryana on 13/05. Is it a valid entry as per Companies Act, 2013?

12 July 2017 yes, so far as the practice is concerned, the company pays the stamp duty in advance ....with the assumption that the allotted shares would be subscribed.....
