26 June 2012 Coffee grown and the berries are plucked and sold as such by the planter without any process not even cured.
Whether it is fully agricultural income or only 75% is agri income.
Similarly Pepper grown as inter crop for coffee, income from sale of pepper is agri or not.

27 June 2012 If the assessee can prove that he has conducted the agricultural operation on the land then the entire profit will be treated as Agricultural Income.
