a land with jasmine plant is taken on lease and during lease period all the activities of watering fertilization plucking and also selling are done by the person who has taken land on lease. but it is important to note that the land together with jasmine plant was taken on lease. please clarify whether the income from above activities is agriculture income or non agriculture income . it comes under which head of income and please clarify via case law
