I want to know that a private limited company which has earned income in the month of Mar 2012 , is liable to pay advance tax for F.Y 2011-12 in July , Octpber , Jan ?

Please state with reasons or case laws if any.

24 August 2012 Advance tax shall be payable, if tax amount is 10000/- or more for company & firm u/s 208.
