27 December 2014 As per rule 5A service tax rules 1994, id=f there is any change in the information furnished by assessee at the time of registration by submitting ST-1 form, shall be intimated within 30 days from the date of change to Assistant/Deputy commissioner of central excise who has jurisdiction over the assessee
