assessee has started manufacturing concern during the yrae ffrom april 2010 and is elgible for additional dep.
but the foundry was stopped from jan 2011 and all plant & machinery and buiding has been rented.will he still be allowed to take add dep.

Assessee is not engaged in the business,since stopped on jan,2011, hence 32(iia) can't be claimed.
