please tell me how to enter cst purchase bills in tally 7.2 and how to enter sales bill with service tax in tally7.2

You can create one ledger for CST and debit the same while booking purchase bills
sales invoice with service tax you need to create Service Tax payable ledger and credit as payable
sales invoice with service tax you need to create Service Tax payable ledger and credit as payable
