25 October 2016 in income tax return how we claim unclaim TDs amount of previous years and their consitions . if possible please explain

25 October 2016 for example I don't file itr of asst year 13/14 in this year TDs was deducted on bank FD. received interest amount is 1lakh TDs was 10000. except this I don't have any other income. I mean income was below taxable. but lack of knowledge. I had not filed my itr for the asst year 13/14. now my question is can I claim TDs of thia year at the time of itr filing of asst year 16/17. pls help me

26 October 2016 No you can't claim that amount in AY 16-17. File condonation application with CIT as per CBDT Cir 09/2016 for AY 13-14 and file manually return with AO enclosing copy of condonation application.

26 October 2016 thank u sir. but income tax department CPC itd issues refund regarding above subjects. I am shocked. few of my friends thay are asking unclaimed TDs of previous years by using winman soft ware. tell me how are on which basis department issues unclaimed tds. amount of previous years.
