I AM HAVING AGRICULTURE INCOME AND INCOME FROM ONE LIGHT MOTOR VEHICLE. AND ALSO INCOME FROM OTHER SOURCE. PLEASE KINDLY SPECIFY IN WHICH ITR I HAVE TO FILE RETURN FOR THE ASSESSMENT YEAR 2013-2014

ITR-4 required to fill and file, because of Income from vehicles is considered as Business income u/s 44AE(if comes under this section) as well as ITR-4S doesn't contain the schedule for exempted income but you have exempted income so required to file ITR-4.
