If A Bank of Maharashtra Branch wants to file income tax return file for current AY. So Tell me what is the procedure and which forms to be used for that. Tell me in details.

if they are registered as company then file itr6.

ITR 6 has to be used by companies. Branch of a bank can't file IT return it is only the HO to file ITR as a whole including branches.

branch is not seperate entity so for income tax purpose only ho shall prepare and file itr.
