To whom ICAI has given right to calculate leaves and on which basis CA's has count leaves.
(weather calculation of leaves shoud be made as per day basis or hourly basis)

Easy calculation is in following steps:
1. Calculate Total period served including leave
2. Deduct actual leave taken from 1 above
3. One sixth of figure arrived in 2 above will be the leave eligibility subject to maximum of 180 days.
