15 May 2009 When materials sent for JW are not recived the duty credit availed for that materials is to be captured and the amount debited.

The credit can be availed on the later receipt of the same materials.

The interest paid on duty not reversed may not be eligibel for recredit or refund as there are no such provisiosn prevailing. .
