a person is having a mobile shop & is having 3-4 cars which he gives on hire basis. ...tds is deducted on hire charges u/s 194c .... can his return be filed under section 44ad.. ?

Yes he can file return u/s 44AD provided his combined turnover should not exceed 1 crore.
