for nov 2014 attempt which form of 3cd would be applicable new one i.e latest changed or old one? and is there any change in auditing for nov 2014 other than chapter x and ix

Old 3CD will be applicable.
In addition to 45 sections, Provisions of Section 139 to Section 148 (Chapter X-Audit and Auditors) made applicable to CA Final Audit Nov 2014 exams. See notification from below link--
