please confirm me to section 269ss applicable or not the following case
1. mr. x received cash loans from my y rs 19000/- f.y. 2014-15 and
2. mr. x received cash loans from my z rs 18000/- f.y. 2014-15 and
3. mr. x received cash loans from my a rs 19500/- f.y. 2014-15
mx x received 3 different parties cash deposit - 269ss apply or not
total o/s balance of mr. x deposit is more than rs. 20000/- but each parties less than rs. 20000/- 269ss applicable to parties or not

As the loan received from each party does nor exceed Rs 20000, 269ss will not apply.
