I 269SS & 269T is applicable for receipt and repayment of loans and advances, hence it's not applicable for loans given by assessee to others. I'm correct?!!
It's not applicable for salary advance.. Plz clarify..

yes it doesn't apply to advances given.

YES IT IS APPLICABLE ON ADVANCE NOT ON SALARY ADVANCE.
