if my aggregate payment exceeds rs.75000 u/s 194C,whether i ve to deduct tds for all the payment i had made or to deduct tds only for the payments made after it cross rs.75000???

Yes TDS to be deducted on entire amount. Rs 75000/- is threshold limit and not exemption limit. So when limit crossed deduct TDS on total amount.
