01 March 2011 Good eve all,

i have filed my ITR for f.y.09-10 last month i received a intimation u/s 143(1) where demand has been shown Department has not considered Self assessement tax paid by me what should i do?

02 March 2011 If you have efiled the above return than you should read and follow the procedure given in 'manual for submission of rectification request'available in the following link:

https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/index.jsp

If you have filed the return manually than you have to file the rectification request with the respective assessing officer with proof of payment.
