if any debtor or retailer purchase goods from me and he made a advance payment in my bank account.is it necessary to give him Tax Invioce or I can give retail Invoice also.(Party have VAT TIN No.)

As the amount is deposited in your bank it becomes part of your white money and better to give Tax Invoice.
