I just want to know that if a Practising CS has to certify the forms 23 ac , aca & 20b of a company which falls under category of XBRL filing den is it required by the PCS to obtain XBRL software only for the purpose of such certification of forms.
can these forms be checked by pcs without having xbrl software?
pls also tel the no. of companies for which a XBRL software can be used?

I appreciate your query. I want to says, no no need to have XBRL software before signing above mentioned forms. You can ask from the person who have attached XBRL format in such forms to send PDM format of the same.

If the PDF format is not available, then you can personally visit to their office to ensure that form is perfect to file.
