Wrong Quote of PAN by deductor

All are worried that TDS is not appearing in ATS. Now we have an ulta case.
ITC Ltd -Food Division Bengaluru has worngly quoted our PAN and our ATS contains payments u/s 194C & 194I for about Rs 18 lakhs. None of it relates to us.
Now our ITO is asking us abt the property from which we got rent. Our is a CA firm.
No response for Mails to ITC except passing the buck.
What do we do ?

Write a letter to ITO & explain them the actual problem.
Also now you have TAN of ITC on your ATS. Get the information like address from income tax site. Write a letter to ITC also for rectification in their TDS return.
Attached the copy of ITC letter to your letter to ITO.
