28 March 2013 PLEASE SOLVE THIS URGENTLY...

WHILE FILING INCOMETAX RETURN

WE HAVE WRONGLY QUOTED PAN NO. OF DONEE DETAILS IN FILLING 80G COLOUMN IN INCOMETAX RETURN

WE HAVE FILED RETURN TODAY,AND THIS RETURN IS FOR A.Y.2012-13,..

PLEASE GIVE ALL POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS TO SOLVE THIS

28 March 2013 I MEAN WE HAVE QUOTED PAN NO. OF DONEE WHICH IS INCORRECT ONE,..
INSTEAD THEIR PAN WE HAVE QUOTED SOME OTHER PAN NO.

28 March 2013 Don't worry; However there is no option to file revise return so don't worry it may not be make any problem to you so send the ITR-V to CPC. If any requirement form the CPC then you can file 154(1) rectification return by rectifing the mistake committed now.

But i think this mistake will not make any problem to process of your return.

28 March 2013 I have personally filed Revised Return for Belated Return last year and it was accepted by the Department and the Assessment for the Assessee has also been completed. If there is no Tax Payment/ Tax has already been paid by the Assessee only Return not filed then as per my experience and opinion Return can be revised

28 March 2013 Belated return can not be revised as per the law. So filing revised return is not advisable. Wait for departments intimation. It is not a big issue and just an error.
