Wrong name mentioned in income tax return

I have filled the income tax return online for A.Y 2013-14, but after receiving the ITR-V, I noticed that, I have made a mistake in mentioning my name. I misspelled my name.

I haven't still sent the ITR-V to banglore.

Is there any way to correct this?

15 July 2013 then u can file revise return after mentionning your correct name and then send the correct itr-V to cpc.

15 July 2013 Do i need to change something else in Excel file before generating the XML again?

Do i need to mention some thing in the new return that will indicate that, I am uploading the return again?

15 July 2013 no.
just fill it as u filled earlier the whole itr and instead choose sec 139(5)for revised return option after correctly entering your name.
