any one can help me for my query, what is the payment due date of Works contract tax under TNVAT act 2006

12 July 2013 Dear Sir,

If you are a works contractor, you will have to file the return and pay the tax on or before 20th of every month.

Also,if you are deducting VAT TDS for the works contract done by WCT parties, it should be deposited before 20th.
