Works contract for more than rs.10 lakhs

09 September 2015 Dear sir,

In our organization we are having some works contractor. the said contractors turn over for the Last FY is more than the 20 lakhs.

Now my query is whether the service tax registration is required for them as they crossed the limit of Rs,.10 lakhs

Please guide us
