24 October 2015 my assessee in newly formed private company with no manufacturing activity.he has given contract to a person for erection of new machine. the person has given both bill of labour and goods to the company.
what will be liabilty of comapny towards service tax?

In case of composite contract including materials 14% service tax payable on 40% value.
